Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. Facility Maintenance ensures the dealershipโ€™s facilities and equipment operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes performing preventative maintenance, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment for both employees and customers, contributing to a positive experience within the dealership.ย

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections of the facility and dealership equipment, identifying issues and addressing necessary repairs promptly.
  • Ensure all service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions and promote a safety-first mindset among dealership staff.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards, taking proactive measures to prevent accidents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.ย 
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
