To thrive as an Auto Mechanic, you need strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and often completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools, repair software, and certifications such as ASE are typically required. Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills help mechanics stand out in the field. Throughout the day, you will provide timely updates, keep repair orders moving efficiently, and ensure all estimates, approvals, and invoices are properly documented in the system. Daily shop meetings help keep everyone aligned, proactive, and focused on delivering a smooth, professional experience from drop-off to vehicle delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is assertive, organized, growth-minded, and enjoys solving problems on the fly.
