Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Account Executive for the Citrus County, FL territory. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with an existing book of business who thrives on building relationships and driving census growth.


Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)

Your Role – What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships within senior living communities
  • Drive census growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Identify resident care needs and coordinate appropriate services
  • Act as a resident advocate to ensure smooth transitions to home care
  • Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide education to residents, caregivers, and community partners
  • Maintain consistent communication with executive leadership and referral sources


Qualifications

  • Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED)
  • Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred
  • Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within the territory
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
