  • Collaborate for Coordinated Care: Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
What You'll Need

Where You'll Be Working
Join our team as a home health clinician in the heart of Sacramento County, where the charm of the "City of Trees" meets the diverse landscapes of the Central Valley. Whether you are drawn to the historic, leafy streets of Land Park and East Sacramento or the bustling, modern energy of Natomas and Midtown, our roles offer a front-row seat to the region's unique character. We are seeking clinicians who value true flexibility. You have the unique ability to choose the specific coverage areas that suit your lifestyle-whether that's navigating the suburban serenity of Elk Grove and Laguna, the scenic foothills of Folsom, or the vibrant community hubs of Citrus Heights and Arden-Arcade. If you're commuting from surrounding areas like Roseville or West Sacramento, you'll find a seamless blend of urban pulse and riverfront tranquility. While navigating the occasional Delta breeze or Capital traffic requires a bit of strategy, the reward is a deeply personalized career set against a backdrop of legendary farm-to-fork culture and world-class recreation.
