The  Advisor, Web Infrastructure   role is responsible for supporting, administering, and continuously improving enterprise web infrastructure that enables secure, reliable, and scalable application delivery across the organization. This position plays a key role in maintaining critical application delivery services while partnering with business, application, vendor, and infrastructure teams to deliver stable, secure, and high-performing web services across both on-premises and cloud environments. 

What You'll Do 

  • Support daily operations for application delivery and web infrastructure platforms across on-premises and cloud environments 
  • Implement, administer, and optimize F5 BIG-IP solutions, with emphasis on LTM and strong familiarity with APM, ASM/AWAF, DNS/GTM, and related capabilities 
  • Support and administer Citrix ADC / NetScaler and other load balancing technologies as needed 
  • Design and implement application delivery and load balancing solutions for custom and vendor-supported applications 
  • Implement and support Azure and AWS load balancing and application delivery services 
  • Administer TLS certificates, HTTPS configurations, and related encryption standards across web infrastructure components 
  • Apply standard security configurations to web infrastructure devices in accordance with established procedures and standards 
  • Execute commissioning and decommissioning processes for web infrastructure components 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application delivery issues through analysis, documentation review, option evaluation, and implementation of effective solutions 
  • Support reverse proxy, authentication integration, and secure access use cases for web applications 
  • Develop new operational procedures and update existing documentation to improve support consistency and efficiency 
  • Partner with infrastructure, network, security, and cloud teams to maintain stable and secure service delivery 
  • Participate in problem management, change activities, and continuous improvement efforts related to web infrastructure services 

What You'll Bring - Required 

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 + years technical IT experience, including direct experience with networking and infrastructure technologies 
  • 5 + years' experience in HTTP, HTTPS, and general web application delivery concepts 
  •  Advanced efficiency working with TCP/IP, firewalls, virtual environments, and core network troubleshooting concepts 
  • Advanced efficiency in Transport Layer Security (TLS) and certificate management 
  • Advanced efficiency in analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including network tracing and internet-related issue analysis 
  • 3 + years communicating effectively across teams (technical and non-technical), manage priorities, and support multiple efforts simultaneously 

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred 

  • Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline 
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise web infrastructure environments 
  • Deep hands-on experience administering F5 BIG-IP in production environments, with particular emphasis on LTM 
  • Experience with additional F5 modules such as APM, ASM/AWAF, DNS/GTM, and SSL Orchestrator 
  • Experience with Citrix ADC / NetScaler administration and support 
  • Experience supporting Azure and AWS load balancing and application delivery services 
  • Experience with DNS administration and traffic management concepts 
  • Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols such as Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and Basic authentication 
  • Experience configuring HTTPS, certificates, and secure application publishing on devices or servers 
  • Understanding of reverse proxy design and support 
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP concepts and practices 
  • Familiarity with formal ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy 
  • Experience developing automation, custom monitoring, scripting, or operational improvements for infrastructure platforms 

Compensation Range 

This position has a base salary range of $125,00- $152,900.
