Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
  • Develops technical standards. Tests and evaluates technologies vendor products. Recommends vendor selections and new technologies.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Citrix host pools, session hosts, application groups, and workspaces.
  • Perform daytoday platform administration, including scaling activities, host maintenance, and service health checks.
  • Support gold image creation and maintenance using existing image pipelines.
  • Support FSLogix profile containers, including configuration, performance troubleshooting, and storage access issues.
  • Participate in improving repeatability, reliability, and documentation of deployment processes.
  • Monitor Citrix health, performance, and capacity using dashboards and AWS monitoring tools.
  • Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and crossfunctional teams (networking, security, endpoint, service desk).
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years related work experience, with Citrix virtualization products.
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of AWS experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Windows desktop/server and Virtualization Platforms required.
  • Handson experience with Citrix, Citrix Saas and AWS required.
  • Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals: compute, networking, storage required.
  • Experience with FSLogix profile management.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and MFA concepts preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, or similar) required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills required.
