Job Summary: The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for enterprise infrastructure environments, including Networking, Citrix Virtualization, Client Computing, and Server Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, operational support expertise, and the ability to maintain high availability of critical business services. The ideal candidate should possess a broad infrastructure background with hands-on experience managing enterprise systems, virtual desktop environments, servers, networking technologies, and endpoint platforms. Job Duties: * 1. Systems & Server Administration
* Build, deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
* Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
* Ensure operating systems and platform software are patched and maintained.
* 2. Network Infrastructure Management
* Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, VPN concentrators, and load balancers.
* Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation.
* Monitor network performance and respond to outages and degradation.
* 3. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Support
* Administrate cloud resources in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities: * Network Administration & Support * Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN environments. * Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. * Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilization. * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, latency, and routing issues. * Coordinate with telecom providers and vendors for WAN circuit management. * Support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing Protocols, and Network Security. * Citrix Administration * Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. * Manage Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Director. * Provision and maintain VDI, published applications, and remote access solutions. * Troubleshoot user sessions, profile issues, printing, and application performance. * Perform Citrix upgrades, patching, and environment health checks. * Monitor infrastructure utilization and optimize end-user experience. * Windows Server Administration * Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. * Support Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and File Services. * Manage server patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and security hardening. * Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities. * Troubleshoot server, application, and authentication-related issues. * Linux Administration * Administer Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, and other Linux platforms. * Manage user accounts, permissions, storage, and system security. * Perform server provisioning, upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring. * Troubleshoot operating system, application, and infrastructure issues. * Support automation and scripting using Shell, Bash, or Python. * macOS Administration * Support Apple macOS devices in enterprise environments. * Manage device enrollment and compliance using MDM platforms such as Jamf or Intune. * Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues. * Support software deployment, patching, and endpoint security compliance. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. * 5-8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience. * Strong experience across networking, Citrix, server administration, and endpoint support. * Experience supporting global enterprise environments. * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
