• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and determine the most effective therapeutic approaches.
• Design, implement, and adjust treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring alignment with physician referrals.
• Provide skilled hands-on therapy sessions that may involve techniques such as manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by engaging with patients and their caregivers, fostering an environment of trust and support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to track progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and support the clinic's overall performance by contributing to team objectives.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and developmental impairments. This variety offers a rich clinical experience, allowing you to apply your expertise across multiple specialties while helping patients regain their independence and quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and other therapeutic documentation systems.
• A passion for building strong, therapeutic relationships with patients to support them in achieving functional goals.
• A proactive approach to patient care, demonstrating a commitment to positive outcomes.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or rehabilitation facilities is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and the latest rehabilitation techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience working with a broad range of patient demographics, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
