We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Universal Banker who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines both teller and customer service responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on every customer interaction.
 
What You'll Do
As a Universal Banker, you will:
·         Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance. 
·         Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately. 
·         Assist customers with online and mobile banking services. 
·         Help customers access safe deposit boxes. 
·         Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that may benefit them. 
·         Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures. 
·         Complete wire transfer documentation and other operational forms. 
·         Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. 
·         Work collaboratively with your team to provide outstanding service every day. 
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
·         High school diploma or equivalent. 
·         At least one year of teller experience in a financial institution. 
·         Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
·         Comfortable learning and using banking technology and Microsoft Office applications. 
·         Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. 
·         A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following all banking regulations.
