We are looking to fill below position(s) in Accounting and Corporate Services team.

ACCOUNTING INTERNS

About The Team & Business Line
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our Specialist teams, you will work with private equity funds, alternative funds, multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role

• You will be provided training on general accounting and bookkeeping according to local, international and/or industry specific accounting requirements.
• You will assist to monitor the financial transactions, check and review supporting documentation.
• You will assist in the preparation for annual audits.
• You will handle ad hoc assignments. 

About You

• You are studying towards a degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• You have a keen interest in pursuing a career in the field of accountancy 
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills

Your Role:

• Assist senior administrators in the provision of corporate legal services to clients 
• Assist in preparation of legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines
• Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings with local authorities under supervision of senior administrators
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments
• You are studying for a degree or professional qualification related to Company Law, Business, Finance or a related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills
