Responsibilities of a Lease and Sales Representative entail:

  • Market lease and rental product line to end-user customers
  • Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking key questions
  • Meet/exceed objectives for lease and rental sales established by management
  • Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for lease and rental customers on a daily basis, either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership
  • Prepare and turn in sales call reports, listing contacts, quotes, etc.
  • Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers
  • Attend sales and training meetings as required
  • Study truck and equipment specifications on a continual basis to improve knowledge of product performance and application
