We are looking for a Genesys Cloud Engineer to help us design and deliver CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities
  • Implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
  • Conduct technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transition
  • Develop call flows in Genesys Architect for routing and IVR
  • Write and execute test plans
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through, ownership & responsibility for assigned tasks

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud platform
  • 3+ years of experience with the contact center solutions
  • Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript
  • Knowledge of change control processes
  • Excellent communication skills
