Position:Desktop Support Technician

Pay Rate:$27.50 (W2 only) or $30.00 (INCORPORATED), (Not accepting 1099 or C2C)
- HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM CST
- This role is 100% ONSITE (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Providing IT Support, handling a call volume of up to 30 calls per day, providing the following support:
Printer Administration and Troubleshooting:
- Server Print Queue, and local Queues
Active Directory Management:
- Able to navigate Different OUs
- Able to look up attributes
- Able to reset password and unlock accounts
iOS Management, Support, and Deployments:
- Setting up new phones/iPads
- Resetting iTunes accounts
- Resetting network settings
- Backup/Restore device data
Video Conferencing:
- Cisco WebEx
- MS Teams
- Cisco Presence video solutions
Network Troubleshooting:
- Internal vs external
- VPN
- LTE

Application Troubleshooting:

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing Technical Support, supporting a high-volume environment (up to 30 calls per day).
Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
Experience administering and troubleshooting network printers, including server print queues and local print queues.
Experience using Active Directory to reset passwords, unlock user accounts, navigate Organizational Units (OUs), and review user attributes.
Experience supporting and deploying Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads), including device setup, backup/restore, account resets, and network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, and Cisco Presence video conferencing solutions.
Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE, and internal/external network access.
Experience troubleshooting desktop applications, including permissions, browser compatibility, and installed application issues.
Experience providing remote technical support using Microsoft Remote Assistance (MSRA), Remote Desktop (RDP), Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx.
Experience deploying, configuring, and replacing desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
Experience using ITSM ticketing system for incident management, ticket documentation, assignment, and resolution.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Any experience working in a IT Call Center
