Job description

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a meticulous and service-driven Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s laundry facility. This role is integral to maintaining the exceptional standards of presentation and quality synonymous with a luxury experience. The Laundry Supervisor will lead by example, combining hands-on execution with thoughtful leadership to ensure all linens, uniforms, and textiles are processed with precision, care, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, and finishing of linens, uniforms, and terry
  • Ensure timely and consistent delivery of linen to support guest rooms, dining outlets, spa, and public spaces
  • Lead, coach, and develop the laundry team to uphold the highest standards of quality and productivity
  • Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe working environment
  • Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to anticipate and meet operational needs
  • Monitor linen quality, proactively removing damaged or worn items from circulation
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering to ensure proper maintenance and performance of equipment

Key Requirements

  • Availability: Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with business demands
