Job Description
This role supports avionics circuit card assembly (CCA) production through manual placement of through‐hole components and operation of semi‐automatic contact machines. Responsibilities include lead trimming and clinching, verifying component orientation and identification, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the assembly process. The position requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under general supervision while contributing to a team‐oriented manufacturing environment. This is a first‐shift role on a 4/10 schedule, working 10‐hour days Monday through Thursday.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience operating semi‐automatic through‐hole machines
• Experience with JUKI, Amistar, or Contact machines
• Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) experience
• Ability to lead trim and clench operations
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow work instructions with minimal supervision
• Team‐oriented mindset in a production environment
Compensation:
Around $28 per hour.
