Looking for opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company? We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual who can effectively market our community, connect with potential residents, and drive lease-up success.  Bi-lingual in Spanish is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales:
    • Engage with prospective residents, providing comprehensive tours of our new built community, showcasing the latest in apartment design, technology, and amenities.
    • Utilize your sales skills to convert inquiries into leases, ensuring the community achieves full occupancy.
    • Provide detailed information about floor plans, community features, and the benefits of living in a brand-new construction.
    • Ensure all leasing paperwork is completed promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Resident Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents, ensuring they have a seamless move-in experience.
    • Proactively address any concerns or questions residents may have about their new home, building strong relationships from the start.
    • Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and that residents' needs are met promptly.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement:
    • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies designed to attract potential residents to the new community.
    • Organize and participate in community events and open houses to build excitement and awareness around the new development.
    • Leverage social media and digital platforms to highlight the unique aspects of the apartment complex, driving engagement and interest.
    • Conduct regular market surveys to analyze competitor properties and rental rates.
    • Provide detailed reports on market trends, including pricing, amenities, and occupancy levels, to help inform leasing strategies.
    • Make recommendations to optimize rental rates and enhance property appeal based on findings.
  • Administrative Functions:
    • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and renewals.
    • Manage scheduling for property tours, ensuring potential residents have a memorable and informative experience.
    • Assist with rent collection and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in leasing, real estate sales, or customer service is highly desirable. Experience with new construction lease-ups is a significant advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving leasing goals.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
    • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, RealPage) and basic computer skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

  • Hourly plus commission
