VCA SouthPaws is looking to add articulate, compassionate, dedicated, career-minded professionals to our client service team. In our hospital, we are centered on client experience and exceptional patient care. We currently have a full-time opening for a Client Service Representative in our call center. The schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Our Client Service Representatives are dedicated to ensuring that clients and patients experience top-notch customer service and excellent patient care. In this rewarding position, you will be the cornerstone of an outstanding experience for our clients - more than answering phones and checking in clients. It can be challenging at times, but having a good team supporting you makes all the difference.
