Shift: 8a-5p, Full-time
Location: Remote with the need to come onsite to West Des Moines, IA.
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead operational and strategic initiatives that support workforce optimization and clinical operations. This remote position requires occasional site visits based on business needs. The Program Manager will coordinate program activities, support implementation efforts, monitor performance, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive process improvements, achieve organizational goals, and ensure successful execution of key projects and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workforce optimization programs and initiatives using operational, staffing, quality, and financial data to support performance improvement and decision-making.
  • Serve as a resource for workforce optimization processes, systems, and best practices while supporting education, training, and implementation efforts.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, drive operational consistency, and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Manage and support assigned projects, including planning, communication, implementation, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain program tools, documentation, and educational resources that promote operational effectiveness and standardization.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and communication to advance strategic and operational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient day-to-day program operations.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, education or related field
  • Preferred: Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration or a related field

Experience:
  • At least 5 years of healthcare, workforce operations, project coordination, program support, or related experience. Experience with scheduling & timekeeping platforms
  • Addional experience preferred: healthcare operations, workforce optimization, education/training, project management, or implementation support

Licenses/Certifications:
  • Preferred: RN
