Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a world-class guest experience in the humidor and lounge through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers and communicate cigar features, pairings, and promotions.
  • Demonstrate a strong drive for results and contribute to team goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of cigars, tobacco, and related accessories.
  • Support overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
  • Ensure a comfortable, responsible, and safe environment for all guests.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
