Bartenders play a crucial role in delivering excellent hospitality service in a small team setting. They are responsible for preparing drinks, managing customer relations, maintaining bar stock, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and inviting. This role requires dedication to customer satisfaction and teamwork within a small group of 1-3 staff members. Responsibilities
