Job description

Potter’s is looking for reliable, responsible, dynamic people to join both Front and Back of House teams at the Tasting Room; Full and Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling and room for growth.

We're in need of multiple part-time employees, and a full-time manager in the tasting room. Positions offer competitive base pay + tips , great cider discounts, flexible schedule, and more!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate POS system accurately with attention to detail
- Pour cider from taps and bottles
- Mix cider cocktails behind the bar
- Lead occasional cider tastings
- Sort and organize merchandise
- Stock shelves and ensure proper placement of products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Tasting Room
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:
- Previous experience in a bar or food service establishment a plus
- Strong customer service skills to assist and interact with customers as must
- Knowledge of food/beverage handling preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and keep the backroom area tidy
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as required
