GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Infection Control for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

Job Title: Infection Prevention - Registered Nurse - Days
Join our team in Los Angeles, CA, as an Infection Prevention Registered Nurse, ensuring top-tier infection control and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee infection control measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for compliance.
• Educate staff and patients on protocols.
• Conduct audits and provide improvement feedback.
Details:
• Contract: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Hours: 40 per week
• On•Call: Rare
• RTO: Up to 4 days
Qualifications:
• Active CA RN License or Clinical Lab Specialist/Microbiologist
• BLS, LA County Fire Card, CIC certifications
• 2+ years in an official infection prevention position 
• Inpatient acute care experience
• Strong communication skills
