Job Description

15+ years of experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of product and solution offerings

At least 5+ years mobile project delivery experience or management of mobile initiatives with TCV larger than 2M USD.

Has solution design mindset and appreciation for design thinking process.

Familiarity with any one of the mobile development platforms and awareness of mobility eco system for B2C applications.

Exposure to agile delivery models, preferably to Test Driven Development.

Good understanding of backend integrations (appreciation for full stack mobile development)

Experience managing multiple PoDs with team sizes of 15+ people.

Exposure to CI/CD tools with appreciation for automation.

Good communication and stake holder management capability with ability to push back.

Good understanding of and experience with off-shore software development model.

Demonstrated skills and experience in team building and mentoring.

Optionally prefer airlines domain knowledge.
