Crossroads Bible Church (Huntingdon Valley, PA) Senior Pastor
Crossroads Bible Church (https://crossroadshv.com) is seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to preach the Word of God and shepherd the people of God.
Requirements
Overview
Crossroads is an international church composed of people who are Brazilian, Pakistani, Indian, American, German, Puerto Rican, Haitian, Mexican and Canadian. We are conservative in doctrine and social issues and Pre-mill and Pre-Trib. We are stable financially and have a committed core group of people but we are small in size (45-55). We support missionaries across the world. Have AWANA on Friday evening. Souled Out Cafe on the second Tuesday of the month. A New Life recovery group on Monday. A prayer meeting via Zoom on Wednesday. Our facilities have been remodeled over the last 10 years.
Candidate
The Sr. Pastor will lead the board of Deacons, the prayer meeting, administrate the activities at the church, oversee repairs needs and preach Sunday morning. Currently their is also an adult Sunday school class that the pastor has been leading.
Compensation
$50,000-55,000 in salary; the 3 bedroom parsonage plus utilities; health insurance for the family like Meda-share; 6-8% toward retirement; 2 weeks vacation; 1 week study leave plus $1000/year; and up to $5,000 for moving expenses.
