Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Church Musician role based in Lansing, MI. The Church Musician will plan and lead music for worship services, rehearsals, and special events, coordinating with pastoral staff and ministry leaders to support the church’s worship vision. Daily responsibilities include preparing and arranging music, rehearsing with choirs, praise teams, and instrumentalists, and accompanying congregational singing on primary instruments (such as keyboard, organ, or piano).
