Associate Facilities - Housekeeping

Family Church Network

Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible to support the overall cleanliness and logistic needs of the network church buildings.

Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager

Prerequisites:

  • Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church
  • Affirm the FCN statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000
  • Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
  • Professional and positive demeanor.
  • Record of consistent, high-level performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent attendance habits.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Must have general maintenance experience – required.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability preferred.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations and Maintenance teams as needed .
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • As assigned - perform to completion:
  1. Regular daily cleaning checklists
  2. School set-up checklists
  3. Sunday morning checklists
  4. Building opening/closing checklists
  5. Pre/Post Event checklists

Maintain required training and certificate.
