515 bloom COORDINATOR
Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To work closely with the 515 Passion bloom team, families, and Door Holders to help create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, belief, worship, and truth for newborns through Pre-K aged children at Passion City Church. Our desire is that bloom would be rooted in the foundations of sensing God's presence, knowing His Word, walking in a relationship with Jesus, and participating in His Kingdom.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with bloom environment on Sundays, small group, and large group experience for the 9:30a and 11:45a gatherings
  • Build and manage a Door Holder team for the 5p gathering
  • Assist with the management of the 515 bloom environment throughout the week as well as Sundays
  • Lead the 515 flip team on Wednesdays
  • Help lead, organize, and direct Door Holder care and appreciation
  • Collaborate with the Family Ministries team on ensuring the Door Holders are seen, cared for, and prepared for Sundays
  • Assist with re-stocking of overall environment supplies, curriculum, and ordering of curriculum supplies for bloom
  • Assist with special family events (logistics, details, planning, and execution)
  • Assist bloom Leader to ensure hospitality details are arranged for bloom events and care for families and Door Holders
  • Collaborate with the bloom Team in organizing details and executing the overall vision for bloom
  • Help ensure follow through on weekly tasks discussed in the weekly meetings
  • Collaborate with the Tech Team to ensure Sunday check-in runs smoothly, as well as assist with Door Holder scheduling and communication, special projects, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years or more of comparable experience
