Job description

Automotive Service Technician
Are you a factory-trained technician looking to expand your career? If so, then come join the LaLonde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team as a Chrysler Automotive Technician on our Service Team!

The technician is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and ensures that all deliveries and incoming cars are thoroughly inspected and cleaned to standards.
Day-to-day duties include
  • Examine the vehicle to determine if any additional or safety work is required and notify supervisor.
  • Facilitates service customer needs according to management
  • Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician (mechanic) or recent completion of automotive tech/trade school with certifications
  • Hold a valid driverโ€™s license
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
