We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team! This role involves a broad range of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and resolving advanced mechanical problems, and delivering outstanding service to customers. The right candidate will bring solid automotive experience along with a strong commitment to precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Certification is preferred but not necessary. Higher pay available for certified techs.

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
  • Complete a broad variety of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and within appropriate timeframes.
  • Identify and resolve advanced mechanical concerns using proper diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Document all services and repairs thoroughly and accurately.
  • Perform work to meet or exceed manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Stay current on industry advancements through ongoing training and certification programs.
  • Clearly explain recommended services and completed repairs to customers, addressing questions as needed.
  • Work alongside the service team to keep the shop clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Follow all established safety standards and workplace regulations.

Experienced Automotive Technician Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram certification preferred, though not mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems, mechanical functions, and components.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and service equipment.
  • Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Capable of working productively on your own in a high-volume environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
