This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. You will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which promotes work-life balance. Our collaborative approach means you will frequently connect with other mental health professionals to discuss cases, share resources, and enhance your skills through team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality counseling, psychotherapy, and case management services to a diverse clientele, ensuring treatment is personalized and culturally competent.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, connecting them with vital resources such as financial aid, housing assistance, and other community services to facilitate their recovery journeys.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, including those facing suicidal ideation or substance abuse crises.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives designed to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote psychological wellness.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and mentorship to continually enhance your clinical acumen and personal growth within the social work field.

As a Clinical Social Worker at Chrysalis Health, you will primarily support clients dealing with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and emotional trauma. Our client population ranges from teens to adults, including individuals and families seeking help for various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship problems. Your role directly impacts the well-being and recovery trajectories of these clients, fostering their ability to develop coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Applicants must possess a current and valid LCSW license for the state of Nevada, demonstrating the ability to practice independently.
• Candidates should have a compassionate, empathetic approach to client care, and a strong focus on cultural competence when addressing the diverse backgrounds of clients.
• At least two years of proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families is essential to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client data is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques is preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
