New Beginning Christian Child Development Center – Now Hiring Teachers


New Beginning Christian Child Development Center, located at 501 Mountain Drive in Birmingham, AL, is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our growing team of 23 professionals. We are looking for individuals who are attentive, punctual, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care and education in a Christ-centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences based on established guidelines and curriculum.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement daily and weekly learning activities that support each child’s growth.
  • Maintain a positive, nurturing, and safe classroom atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and support regarding their child’s progress.
  • Model Christian character and support the spiritual development of each child.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children or in an early childhood education setting.
  • Ability to remain patient, calm, and encouraging in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required certifications, credentials, or training as outlined by Alabama state regulations (DHR).
  • A heart for children and a desire to contribute to a loving, team-oriented environment.
