Christian Software Engineers in remote roles often work with both technical teams and stakeholders from faith-based organizations. Many faith-based organizations value open communication and a strong sense of community, so engineers are encouraged to participate in virtual team devotions or prayer meetings, in addition to standard agile ceremonies. This structure helps maintain a supportive environment and ensures that both technical and spiritual objectives are met.
