The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a creative and mission-driven Digital Communications & Social Media Coordinator to lead integrated fundraising and digital communication efforts for our Helping the Home Front (HHF) ministry. In this role, you will develop compelling fundraising campaigns, create engaging social media content, and share powerful stories that inspire generosity while increasing awareness and support for active-duty military members and their families. Serving in this role facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

The salary range for this position is $42,000-$45,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred, with two to four years of experience in fundraising, digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing successful fundraising, marketing, or social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising principles, donor engagement strategies, and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to make informed recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content across multiple digital platforms
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of social media management platforms such as HootSuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite to develop digital marketing materials
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or fundraising software preferred
  • Excellent creative writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills, including proficiency in Associate Press (AP) style
  • Ability to conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and optimize campaigns using data-driven decision-making
  • Skilled in photography and basic video production/editing for digital and social media communications
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission
