About Us

Dairy Veterinary and Management Services (DVMS) seeks a full-time, large animal associate veterinarian with excellent skills in production medicine, ultrasound, and reproductive and surgical services to join our 4-doctor bovine (predominantly dairy) practice in north central Indiana. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and dedicated professional with excellent communication skills.

About This Role

DVMS provides reproductive services, sick cow work, records analysis, and emergency services to organic and conventional dairy farms from 30 cows to 4,000+ cows. Clients in this area are progressive and can treat most simple conditions on their own, leaving the veterinarians time to focus on other work. This practice values building strong relationships and trust between veterinarians, clients, nutritionists, and other industry professionals. DVMS is always striving to expand the range of services that we offer to our clients and encourages its veterinarians to pursue further areas of specialty in which they are interested.

We have an office on the southeast side of Goshen, IN, with onsite milk culture, blood chemistry, autoclave, digital refractometer, VaDia pulsator testing, Dairy Comp 305, PCdart, and more. Ultrasound equipment, truck, and box provided.

We have 4 dedicated office support staff that have been with us for 5-15 years each.

Full-time, large animal teammate who values innovative processes and collaboration. You thrive with a balance of autonomous work and shared time to strategize and support one another. You are excited about the opportunity to help grow the practice and make your mark, while also being involved in the success of the entire team and client base.

New graduates or seasoned practitioners are encouraged to apply. We are committed to mentorship and are excited to assist newer DVMs develop in their careers.

Our Location

DVMS is in Goshen, Indiana, a small city of 30,000 with a thriving downtown and a strong local economy based on the RV industry. The public school system is excellent and several private Christian schools in the area as well. While maintaining a small-town feel, Goshen is close to the larger metropolitan area of South Bend and is only 2 hours from Chicago.
