Qualifications: Possess Current CPR, AED, First Aid Basic Function: Responsible for all aspects of Facilitating/Supervising the Birthday Parties and Events. Responsible for the safety of participants during the program and deliver high quality age-appropriate activities to participants.
GENERAL Functions: Communicate with participants; establish type of event and perform responsibilities as required. Keep detailed records of all purchases. Assure that proper safety regulations and conditions are maintained. Maintain professional conduct and neat appearance consistent with the Dress Policy. Work within an appropriate and approved budget. Work effectively with children and adults and cater to individual needs. Remain consistent with YMCA policies and plan all activities with the YMCA's mission in mind. Be aware of the YMCA programs and schedules and willingly share the information with participants. At all times promote the YMCA mission. Suggest improvements. Attend training and meetings as requested by supervisor. Perform all other functions as assigned, relative to the welfare of the association. We mutually accept that the above descriptions/expectations represent our agreement as to the job to be performed. Additionally, the employee understands that these descriptions/expectations will be used to evaluate performance along with the annual goal setting process.
