- A genuine and thoughtful approach to executing brand standards in a high-volume steak house environment.Â
- An appreciation for perfect execution and guest focused service.Â
- The ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Love of food and appreciation for producing high qualityÂ
- A tremendous ability to communicate with fellow team members and supervisors.Â
- A can-do, problem solving and fun-loving attitude.Â
- Experience is preferred but not requiredÂ
- Be of legal working ageÂ
- Must be able to lift & carry 35 lbs. UnassistedÂ
- Have the ability to move around 80-90% per shiftÂ
- Must be able to perform work for 8-10 hours per shiftÂ
- Operate & handle small toolsÂ
A Salad Cook will:Â
- Prepares or directs preparation of salads served using established production procedures and systems.Â
- Ensure that the salad station is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift.Â
- Occasionally assist with the preparation and plating of desserts as needed.Â
- Follows proper food preparation and handling techniques.Â
- Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item.Â
- Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards.Â
- Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.Â
- Keeps work area neat and clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment used in food preparation.
