What is a choc assistant?

Choc Assistants are professionals who support chocolatiers or chocolate-making operations by assisting with tasks such as preparing ingredients, operating machinery, packaging products, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of chocolate products and may also help with quality control and inventory management. Choc Assistants often work in chocolate factories, artisanal chocolate shops, or bakeries, and their responsibilities can vary depending on the size and type of the business.
