They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of chocolate products and may also help with quality control and inventory management. Choc Assistants often work in chocolate factories, artisanal chocolate shops, or bakeries, and their responsibilities can vary depending on the size and type of the business. Attention to detail, good hygiene practices, and a passion for chocolate are important qualities for this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Choc Assistant, and why are they important?
