Job description

Fast paced, growing Integrative Medical Office in search of outgoing, organized, articulate, health-conscious individual to fill the position of Case Manager Assistant
The candidate would be responsible for assisting the Case manager in closing the sales cycle and follow up with potential patients as needed.
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively to the public and scheduling of new patients into the office. The best candidate for this career opportunity will be hardworking, driven, focused, goal oriented, thrive under pressure as well as be highly competent with Microsoft Word and Excel, the recording and analysis of stats, basic math and memorization skills.
Candidate would be required to complete Chiropractic Assistant Program (paid by company) and become licensed as a Chiropractic Assistant.
Full time position with health benefits after 60 days.

-Financials
-Patient Paperwork
-Going over test kits
-Scheduling patients for services
-Any follow-up
-Problem handling
-History taking
Experience:
-Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
