Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans using advanced evaluation techniques.

  • Implement and modify therapeutic interventions, focusing on active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training tailored to each patient's unique needs.

  • Guide patients in activities of daily living, prosthetic training, and gait enhancement to promote maximum independence and functionality in their recovery journey.

  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, injury prevention, and wellness strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation process.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to facilitate integrated care and ensure the continuity of treatment.

  • Document patient progress comprehensively and adjust care plans as needed to stay aligned with therapeutic goals and outcomes.

  • Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring that each patient receives quality and safe care throughout their rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Motion Chiro Therapy Hospital, your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
