CDL Class A Driver

Dieffenbach s Potato Chips Inc

Womelsdorf, PA • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 9 days ago

Job description

Full Time
Bethel, PA (Womelsdorf Plant)
2nd Shift, Mon–Fri 2:00PM – 10:00PM

It started with a family, a recipe, and a promise: make something people genuinely enjoy. Decades later, Dieffenbach's Potato Chips is still that same family business — just bigger. And one non-negotiable commitment remains: the chip in your bag is worth every mile it took to get there.

Every bag of chips that reaches a shelf, a store, a kitchen table — it gets there because of a driver who took pride in doing it right. As our new CDL Driver, you're the critical link between our Womelsdorf plant and our Bethel warehouse, running the 2pm–10pm shift Monday through Friday. You'll move finished product, manage inbound and outbound freight, keep inventory organized and accurate, and make sure customer orders go out exactly as promised. This isn't just a delivery run. It's the final chapter of every batch we make.

We're growing — and we want people who want to grow with us. At Dieffenbach's, associates aren't just headcount. We invest in the people who show up, stay sharp, and care about the work. When you join this team, you're not just starting a job — you're becoming part of a community that's been showing up for each other, and for this region, for three generations.

What You'll Do Every Day
  • Inspect trucks and trailers for damage before every run
  • Clear the plant dock and empty shuttle trailers efficiently
  • Unload, document, and properly store incoming merchandise
  • Sort product by code, size, type, and specifications
  • Handle inventory transfers between plant and warehouse
  • Assemble and fulfill customer orders with precision
  • Operate stretch wrappers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and loaders
  • Keep warehouse documentation accurate and up to date

Monday through Friday 2PM to 10PM
