Position Summary
Responsible for the cash processing needs for Chinook Winds Gaming, following strict procedures to ensure Chinook Winds assets are protected. The Cage/Player Services cashier is responsible for providing exemplary guest service by greeting guests and providing accurate information on club amenities, current promotions, and general property information.
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for maintaining assigned bank funds while protecting company assets.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort strict policies and procedures.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort guest service standards.
  • Notify Supervisor of guest complaints and concerns.
  • Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs and services.
  • Cashes jackpot tickets
  • Cuts and counts Casino Chips for redemption.
  • Performs money transactions for checks, cash advances on a credit card and point redemption vouchers.
  • Complies with rules and regulations pertaining to Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act through compliance software.
  • Participates in Slot Drop as a runner.
  • Researched and resolve balancing discrepancies.
  • Issuance of Winner Circle cards.
  • Provide information on benefits of club and tier amenities.
  • Accurate group coding of promotions and events.
  • Performs redemptions.
  • Answering phones and call back lists.
  • Accesses the player tracking system and makes edits to the system as necessary.
  • Queries the player tracking database for specific Marketing/gaming information including guest demographics, comments, and needs.
  • Understands and operates the player tracking systems (database) and other related computer systems.
  • Participate in the implementation of promotions.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, promotions, and services.
  • Accesses the player tracking system and makes edits to the system as necessary.
  • Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
  • Completes all required paperwork as it applies to job function.
