Day-To-Day
  • Provides a friendly, supportive presence and connection for tenants, visitors and service personnel while at the same time monitoring the building for problems and any safety concerns.
  • Assists the Community Director with daily operations of the community as directed.
  • Processes applications to include verification of income and previous rental history.
  • Checks identification and/or tenant/staff badges of all persons entering the building. Copies and files identification of all visitors.
  • Handles all incoming calls by assisting caller or directing to the appropriate person.
  • Ensures all resident files are properly maintained based on VOA Texas procedures.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma plus four years general office experience.
  • Must have valid Texas driver's license, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
  • 2 Years of prior experience preferred
