Hatch is seeking Korean speaking Project Managers to lead the delivery of medium to large capital projects Clarksville, TN. This role is responsible for the full project lifecycle-from definition and setup through execution, monitoring, control, and closeout-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project Manager serves as the primary accountability holder for project outcomes, ensuring compliance with Hatch policies, client requirements, and industry best practices in safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage projects or portfolios through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver projects in alignment with approved scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
  • Establish and maintain a highly collaborative, performance driven project team environment.
  • Act as a leader and mentor, promoting Hatch's Total Safety Culture across internal teams and contractors.

Planning & Controls

  • Develop and obtain client approval for the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Client Requirement Specifications.
  • Define detailed project scope, cost, and schedule control baselines.
  • Manage change control, ensuring impacts to cost, schedule, and scope are properly evaluated and approved.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Hatch and client governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and delegated authorities.
  • Authorize project expenditures within delegated authority limits.
  • Approve invoices, manage claims, and oversee settlement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality management plans.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong, effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Obtain client acceptance and formal sign off of completed project deliverables.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of final project closeout documentation.
  • Establish and manage effective invoicing processes to ensure timely client payment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience within an EPC or EPCM environment, preferably on metals or industrial projects.
  • More than 10 years of experience in cross functional leadership roles within project delivery organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including:
    • Engineering
    • Document Management
    • Cost Control & Scheduling
    • Procurement & Supply Chain
    • Commercial & Risk
    • Quality, Safety, and Construction
  • Proven experience managing multi discipline projects across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Strong knowledge of project performance monitoring, reporting, and industry standards.

Preferred

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering background.
  • Working knowledge of project controls systems, procurement, contracting, and construction management.
  • Business development experience, including proposal leadership.
  • Korean language proficiency.
