We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Edmonds, WA, dedicated to helping individuals who have suffered injuries in car crashes and other personal injury incidents. We pride ourselves on compassionate client service, clear communication, and aggressive legal advocacy.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Legal Assistant fluent in Mandarin to support our team in handling car crash and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide interpretation and translation services (Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus) for client communications, legal documents, and meetings
  • Conduct intake interviews with potential clients and obtain initial case details
  • Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in personal injury claims
  • Organize, draft, and file legal documents, correspondence, and medical records
  • Schedule appointments, depositions, and court dates as needed
  • Track case timelines, manage deadlines, and assist attorneys with case preparation
  • Ensure client files are up-to-date and compliant with legal standards
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese proficiency is a plus
