Job description

SUMMERARY: Managing order selection, order loading, product stocking and replenishment, night operations equipment and software inventory maintenance and repair; ensuring safety and security. Chinese speaking and writing required

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the daily work and safety of associates engaged in order selection product replenishment, and order loading, to include all warehouse functions
  • Prepare work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed
  • Review warehouse functions and various warehouse productivity reporting
  • Identifies problems, proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other department
  • Assist with monitoring sanitation and facility/racking damage to ensure a safe and clean warehouse
  • Coordinates efforts with the safety requirement, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspection
  • Complies with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (OSHA, USDA etc)
  • Hiring and training new staffs

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Wholesales Food Industry Warehouse management experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Proficient Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Must have excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
