About Us:

Beyond International is a fast-growing international investment firm that connects high-net-worth clients with appealing alternative investments in the United States and Canada. As a market leader in creating and managing custom investment funds, we grew by focusing on opportunities that larger companies did not always represent. Our clients have come to rely on us for our sustainable inflation-beating returns, income-producing potential, and liquidity. We aim to make the markets more transparent, risk more controllable, and portfolio design more efficiently to help our clients grow and preserve their wealth. We are expanding our reach into the US-based Chinese-speaking community, mainland China market, etc. and are looking for a talented and strategic Bilingual Marketing Manager to lead our efforts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage our marketing strategies targeting both English and Chinese-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cultural nuances in both the US and Chinese markets, strong communication skills in both languages, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion within these key demographics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales within both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking markets.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both markets.
    • Create and manage marketing calendars and budgets for various campaigns.
  • Content & Communications:
    • Oversee the creation and localization of compelling marketing content for diverse platforms (e.g., social media, email newsletters, website, blog posts).
    • Ensure all marketing materials are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate in both Simplified/Traditional Chinese and English.
    • Manage and grow the company's presence on Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), as well as US-based platforms like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing, for both target audiences.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
    • Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics and provide insights for future improvements.
  • Community & PR:
    • Engage with Chinese-speaking communities both online and offline.
    • Identify and build relationships with key influencers, media partners, and community leaders in the Chinese-speaking market.
    • Organize and manage events, webinars, or partnerships to drive brand visibility.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and competitor activity to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a management or senior role.
  • Native or professional-level fluency in both Simplified Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for both US and Chinese markets.
  • Deep understanding of Chinese digital marketing platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book, etc.) and US platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Finance or Immigration is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • A dynamic and multicultural work environment.

Note: Benefits can and may change any time at the management's discretion and in compliance with applicable State and Federal laws.
