Founded in 2019, UniUni's tech-driven innovation and crowdsourcing delivery model offers fast, economical, and reliable services to local, national, and international e-commerce clients.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Distribution Data Analyst with strong data analytics capabilities, project execution skills, and excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
In this role, you will support daily operational monitoring, sorting process optimization, and system feature implementation across sorting centers nationwide. You will leverage data analysis to uncover operational bottlenecks and collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations, Product, IT, Quality, and Management teams to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
This position goes beyond pure report building and data monitoring-you will also deeply participate in testing and rolling out sorting systems, warehouse workflows, and new initiatives. It is an ideal role for candidates looking to build a multi-faceted career blending Operations, Data Analytics, and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sorting Operations Data Monitoring & Analysis
  • Monitor core operational metrics across all US sorting centers, including sorting volume, automated vs. manual sorting ratios, departure timeliness, exception rates, unloading performance, package status, and process completion rates.
  • Identify operational anomalies, process bottlenecks, and potential risks through data analysis, and follow up with local hubs to troubleshoot and implement fixes.
  • Routinely compile operational performance and project data to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
2. Dashboard & Reporting Construction
  • Build and maintain operational Dashboards, daily/weekly reports, and ad-hoc analytical frameworks based on business requirements.
  • Extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
  • Continuously refine KPI definitions and data monitoring logic to enhance anomaly detection and operational management efficiency.
3. Sorting Process & SOP Optimization
  • Gain a deep, hands-on understanding of warehouse workflows, including sorting, consolidation/bagging, dispatch, unloading, and linehaul transportation.
  • Identify efficiency gaps based on ground-level operational feedback and drive process optimizations.
  • Draft, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all hubs.
  • Track post-optimization performance and validate results using quantitative data.
4. System Testing & Project Launch Execution
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Operations and Product/IT teams to collect and synthesize field system requirements.
  • Participate in feature testing for sorting systems, handheld PDAs, and warehouse operational tools (including test scenario design, on-site testing, bug logging, and post-launch verification).
  • Facilitate pilots, user training, and nationwide rollouts of new system features and operational workflows across hubs.
  • Monitor system adoption and operational issues post-launch, coordinating with technical teams for quick resolutions.
5. Cross-Functional & Multi-Site Collaboration
  • Maintain daily communication with operational teams across nationwide sorting hubs to track operational exceptions and project execution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering/IT, Quality, Transportation, and Finance teams to resolve complex cross-departmental issues.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings, define clear Action Items, and track project milestones.
  • Act as an effective bridge aligning business needs, system logic, and ground-level warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with bilingual ground ops, technical, and management teams.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to pinpoint root causes from complex data and business processes and propose actionable solutions.
  • Communication & Coordination: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with warehouse staff, product managers, technical engineers, and leadership.
  • Ownership: Strong self-drive and accountability to manage projects independently and ensure end-to-end execution.
  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Last-mile Delivery, or E-commerce Fulfillment.
  • Direct experience in Distribution Center (DC), Sorting Center, or Warehouse Operations.
  • Background in software system testing, product requirement gathering, or project launch execution.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.
  • Experience collaborating on cross-regional or multi-time-zone projects.

What We Look For in You
This role is a great fit if you:
  • Are data-driven, but don't want to be confined to just building static spreadsheets;
  • Enjoy stepping onto the warehouse floor to understand actual ground operations;
  • Proactively track problems to resolution rather than just reporting them;
  • Can effectively translate between operational needs, data insights, and technical requirements;
  • Love driving new initiatives and watching your solutions make a tangible impact on the business.
