Job description

We’re hiring energetic, reliable, and fun-loving Childwatch Team Members to join our Burn Boot Camp DMV family!

At Burn Boot Camp, we empower women and families to maximize their full potential. Childwatch is a key part of that mission, giving parents 45 minutes to focus on themselves while knowing their little ones are safe, happy, and cared for.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Member Experience, you’ll bring the same energy and care to our youngest members that we bring to camp each day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, positive environment for all children and parents.
  • Greet families with energy, eye contact, and a smile-every time.
  • Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and playtime.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety by sanitizing toys and equipment and completing the daily cleaning checklist.
  • Ensure all necessary forms and waivers are completed for each child.
  • Manage child sign-in and sign-out procedures accurately for every camp.
  • Communicate with parents and team members as needed to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support other team members and uphold the Blue Carpet Experience standards across the gym.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous childcare experience in a gym, daycare, or school setting preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and attentive personality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be 16 years or older and able to pass a background check.
  • Availability for weekday mornings and/or evenings; weekend flexibility preferred.
