Apollo Psychotherapy Services is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office while connecting with our team, children, and families across New Castle, Colorado, and beyond. We ensure that our remote workplace is equipped with the tools and support you need to provide high-quality care. You will have access to virtual collaboration platforms and resources designed to enhance service delivery and communication.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children’s developmental needs and challenges.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to address children's unique needs.
• Monitor and assess outcomes, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Provide education, skills, and supportive resources to families that promote developmental progress in children.
• Establish trusting relationships with children and families to foster a healthy, supportive learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and natural environment teaching methodologies to optimize learning experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations as part of our dedication to safe and effective service delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all care provided, assessments, and interactions in accordance with agency policies.

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing a range of developmental delays and disabilities. Your focus will span physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By providing individualized support through Early Intervention (EI) services, you will play a critical role in helping children and families navigate their unique challenges and achieve developmental milestones.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as an LCSW through the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills to establish rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A commitment to adapting evidence-based practices to various learning styles and needs.

• A minimum of one year of experience in early intervention services, particularly with children under three years of age.
• Experience employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in care delivery.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
